Confession: I quit saying sorry for 30 days and this is what happened. If someone bumps into me I am the person that quickly apologizes. My boyfriend has called me out on saying “sorry” too much. A friend recently reminded me that to live fearlessly outside my comfort zone I need to stop apologizing for being me ( @courtneykelo is so wise). So I challenged myself to quit saying “I’m sorry” for 30 days and here is what happened. We apologize over 2,900 times a year. Confession: I Am Not A Morning Person My morning gym habits took a while to develop. A long while. If you asked my mom about her middle child waking up on the regular at 5:30am she would laugh. Hard. All The Things I am Loving! April has come and almost gone. Holy moly, how did that happen? I completed one month of blogging and am oddly proud. Baby steps for this newbie, meathead blogger. The sunshine has been a tease. I am ready to skip spring and go straight to summer.  I have continued to challenge myself to live outside my comfort zone and am excited and a little nervous for where that might lead.
